    THOUGH IT SAYS 50 STATE LEGAL AND SMOG LEGAL. RIGHT NOW I HAVE A VALVE BREATHER WHICH DEFINATELY WILL NOT PASS SMOG. WHAT SHOULD I WORRY IN ORDER I CAN PASS SMOG?

    You should be ok. Risk is higher, but on a stock kit, you'll be fine, or very close to passing with small adjustments.
